What type of storage units do you have to rent?

We have 28’- 40’- 45′ – 48’ – 53′ storage trailers with swing or roll up doors. We also have 20’ & 40’ storage containers. Trailers are on wheels (semi-trailers) while containers are “ON-GROUND” storage boxes. Trailers are generally 8.5’-9.5’ high and between 96” and 102” wide. Our container dimensions are as follows: 20’ containers are 8’ high, 8’ feet wide, and 20’ long; and 40’ containers are 8’high, 8’wide, and 40’ long.

How can I get a quote to rent a storage trailer or a storage container?

How quickly can I have a unit delivered?

Once your account is set up, we usually deliver your unit to you the next business day, sometimes even the very same day.

What are the rental terms for a storage unit?

There is a one month minimum. Rentals are generally month to month and may be kept as long as you need them.

Do you sell storage trailers?

We occasionally have storage trailers available for sale.

How do I get the storage unit to my location?

We deliver, re-spot, and pick up the rental units.

How much are your storage units?

Rates vary depending on the size and type of storage unit you need.

How do I open an account with you?

When we send your quote, we will send you all the paperwork you need to complete via email.

How can I pay for my rental?

You may pay by company check or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We invoice via email every month.

Do you have any over-the-road trailers?

No, we are strictly a storage trailer and storage container business. Some local cartage trailers are available but none of our equipment may leave the local area.

Do you charge for delivery and pick-up and relocation of storage units?

We charge a flat rate for delivery and pickups based on how far you are away from our dispatch location. We also have a mileage-based fuel surcharge dependent on the miles traveled that changes as fuel prices change. Relocation of units is charged by the hour.

How long does it take you to get an account set up?

Once you return the completed paperwork (via email or fax) we will process it and establish your account. This is usually done on the same day we receive it, but rarely later than the next business day. Many times it is completed in as little as a couple of hours.

Can I pick up my own storage trailer?

Not usually, because we don’t have anything that can be towed or hauled by cars or a pick-up trucks. Everything we rent must be pulled by a semi-tractor. We occasionally permit properly licensed business customers to pick-up and return storage trailers. However, we require your insurance carrier to provide us a Certificate of Insurance listing us as an additional insured AND certificate holder prior to your taking possession of a rental trailer. All insurance information must be kept current as long as you intend to move any of our equipment.

What areas do you service?

We are located in Raleigh. We provide storage trailers in Eastern North Carolina, primarily the greater Triangle area. At the present time, we provide storage containers in Eastern North Carolina and in the Triangle area only.
