TRAILER/CONTAINER TECHNICIAN

We have an immediate opening for a FULL-TIME Semi-Trailer/Container Technician at our maintenance facility in Raleigh, NC.

Requirements:

  • Prefer 2 years' experience in all aspects of semi-trailer and container repairs including but not limited to DOT inspections, floors, doors, walls, roofs, brakes, lights, wiring, etc.,
  • Drug test and alcohol screening required.
  • Clean driving record in order to be insured by our commercial insurance provider.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Able to safely move equipment in and out of shop as needed.
  • Comfortable with high places.

The selected individual needs knowledge and experience repairing semi-trailers and containers. The selected individual will be required to perform mobile repairs on trailers and containers on occasion as needed. After completion of a probationary period, benefits will include health insurance, 7 paid holidays annually, paid vacation time, uniforms.

EXPERIENCED, LOCAL CLASS A CDL DRIVER NEEDED.

FULL TIME... LOCAL ONLY from our dispatch location near the RDU Airport. NO OVERNIGHTS and only RARE OCCASIONAL WEEKENDS. Paid weekly.

Requirements:

  • 3 years tractor trailer experience.
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to take and pass criminal background and US DOT drug screening test.
  • Strong work ethic. Dependable.

Driving history and all prior employment will be verified prior to an employment offer. After completion of a probationary period, benefits will include health and life insurance, paid holidays and vacation time.
